Growing Shiitake Mushrooms

Learn to grow delicious shiitake mushrooms on hardwood logs in this informative, hands-on workshop. Participants take home an inoculated log, which should yield mushrooms for several years.

Animal Communication

Internationally renowned healer and animal communicator, Sarah-Jane LeBlanc, taught participants how to connect with their intuitive abilities, enabling clearer communication with animals.
